The Rockwell-Der™ is an open frame solution for large size parts including molds, tool and dies and large to fit parts into a conventional welding chamber. The welding functions can be performed with either a semi automatic control or full CNC function. A simple and very functional feature allows the operator to move up to 4 axis using a joystick with a teach mode function that can store and play back all movement initially done via joystick (manually) allowing the CNC controllers to take over the welding process and repeat the function without any knowledge of G code programming, or It can be programmed with industry standard G codes. Highly mobile laser welding machine with 6 leveling legs and a control box that can be positioned near the welding object to allow ease of programming when doing a setup.
